I cannot express enough gratitude to Keith for the job he did for us. This is difficult to write but I hope to help other people that might find themselves in a similar situation so I will give detail. Some of it not too easy to stomach. Our father passed away unattended and was undiscovered for 10 days in the 90 degree days of summer. I cannot tell you what kind of unholy mess that leaves not to mention that he was a horrific alcoholic so not only was there a body to contend with but hundreds of bottles, some of them filled with urine and covered in excrement. The entire house was beyond filthy, not just where his body was discovered. We live on the other side of the country so finding an honest and reliable company to handle this job was horribly stressful. We could not meet companies we were considering in person and it was an agonizing decision. We finally settled on Keith and Bio One. Keith went so far above and beyond our expectations. He cleaned up clothing and material in places where that was not necessary because of the odor they held. He found jewelry, valuables, photos and personal items we didn’t even know our father had and placed them where they were easily found by us once we could enter the premises. If you are ever in the very unfortunate place of needing a service like this, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! In doing the research my family did to hire Bio One we found that other companies (especially large, nation wide corporations) will take advantage of your grief, your loss and your inexperience with this kind of situation and do more work than you sign up for and when you are unable to pay will put a lein on the property you are duly right to inherit. You risk losing your inheritance if you use someone else. Keith couldn’t be more honest or helpful and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was understanding, sympathetic, supportive and outstanding in every way. Not only did he do an exemplary clean up job but helped us through it emotionally as well. You won’t find anyone better.

Clean up a cellar basement that had mold from water damage which included removing years of old bags of “stuff”, removing scale, floor tiles, and paint from the walls, HEPA vacuum, and sterilizing and KILZ painting the entire basement and exposed rafters. WHEW!!

Bio One is the company to hire! They called before they arrived for the estimate. They were early and wanted to see if we were ready for them or if they should wait a little while because they were a bit early. We happened to get there early as well so we were ready. They assessed the attic, gave a quote on site and we hired them! They arrived a few days later when they said they would and went to work right away. They knew how much this was stressing us and really put us at ease by ensuring they would take care of the mold that was holding up the sale of our home. We had no idea that we had mold in our attic. We didn’t have it when we purchased 5 years prior. Come to find out, the roofer that we hired this past spring failed to cut the tar paper before installing the ridge vent so our attic was not able to breathe correctly. Bio One is the way to go. They know how to conduct business and they know their business very well. A combination that is hard to find these days! We are very appreciative of their business practices as well as their service.
